I've been suffering from the mouth ulcer the past ten days. I couldn't speak properly, laugh and even sleep tight b'coz of the big hole in my mouth. ARGHH.. It's killing me!

Well, someday i don't know what day, while i'm eating apple(or a piece of cake)and i accidentally bite my lips *Ouch = = i knew that, i was a fool T.T At first, the wound does not hurts at all so i just leave it there instead of putting ulcer cream on it.( This is the worst decision i had made ;(  ) But who knows, the ulcer became bigger and bigger! So i became a dumb for the past ten days.=S

Luckily,  the wound healed after i put satu cubit garam on it. and it took only 1 day! Thank to the salt, i can laugh and talk as usual now.WEE ;)

All of you can try this way if you're having mouth ulcer and you can see the significant results.
